Can support provide clinical advice?

No. Support can help with product and account issues only. For clinical guidance, contact a qualified mental health professional.

How do I delete my data?

Therassist does not use accounts. Your check-ins and plans are stored on your device and optionally in your private iCloud CloudKit database. You can remove data by deleting entries in the app, deleting the app from your device, and disabling or clearing Therassist iCloud data in iOS settings.

How should I report a bug?

Include your iOS version, app version, reproduction steps, and screenshots if available. This helps us resolve issues faster.

Therassist does not provide crisis counseling. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.
